Please be aware that orders are processed within 5-7 business days (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays)
Please note: Some products purchased together may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Tracking information will be sent once each item ships.
- Orders ship within 5-7 business days after purchase, unless fulfillment is done at another location.
- Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
- All orders placed on Friday after 2PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
SHIPPING RATES:
- USPS Express Mail: $38.00 (1-2 business days) Not offered at the Moment
- USPS Standard Mail:$10.00 (5-7 business days) unless fulfillment is processed at another location.
8fifteen LLC is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.
8Fifteen LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All Priority shipping has $100.00 insurance through USPS.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. 8Fifteen DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that are marked DELIVERED.
