Terms of service

To ensure your order is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the timeframe being published, you are agreeing that the information you’ve entered is correct. Please ensure you’ve entered the correct shipping info at the time of purchase. In a case that the incorrect shipping address was entered, please contact us within 2 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to fulfill your request. If we are unable to do so, we do not hold any responsibility for the incorrect information entered. Please allow the full processing and shipping time before inquiring about orders. Tracking information will be sent out notifying customers of shipment. Once orders are handed off to our carrier we longer hold responsibility for the package. If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We ship from multiple locations to ensure time delivery. When items in an order ship from different locations, they may arrive separately.

Will I receive tracking for each package?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment as it ships.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times vary by item and fulfillment location. Some items may ship sooner than others.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER
  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched via USPS which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 24 hours to provide tracking updates once it has been emailed to you. 
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
  • We understands that ordering online is not always easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.

I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

  • No, we do not offer refunds only store credits with 7days. Note that bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, white items, sale items and accessories are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for an exchange/refund.

  • No, we do not offer return labels

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
  • No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

 

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
  • Our items sometimes sell out very quickly due to a high demand or occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
  • In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

 

CAN I MODIFY MY ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED?
  • Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order. If urgent we recommend that you contact us by phone:  


HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

  • Certain items will restock if the manufacturer happens to remake the style again. We have a restock notification link on all product pages via 8fifteen.us. We recommend signing up to receive an email if the item comes back available in your size. If the product is no longer showing online it will no longer be restocking.
