SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure efficient delivery, some items may ship from different fulfillment locations. As a result, products purchased together may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Tracking information will be sent once each item ships.
PROCESSING TIME : "When will my order ship?"
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner unless fulfillment is done at a different location.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered several Shipping Options and their prices.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless fulfillment is done at a different location.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.
2. Priority 2-3 business days
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases).
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
If you realize that you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP (ask8fifteen@gmail.com). If your order was placed on the weekend, please notify us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the shipping address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information entered at checkout.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the Carrier Service directly. 8Fifteen DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that are marked DELIVERED.
